Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Must be cleared on any background screening
English literacy
Ability to use a calculator and a tape measure.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Responsibilities

Standard Fabrication – Utilize machinery to customize fabric belts (measuring, cutting, pressing) to customer specifications.
Special Fabrication – Utilize machinery to customize fabric belts (perforations, v-guides, flex cutting) to customer specifications.
Automated Fabrication – Utilize multiple automated machines to customize fabric belts to customer specifications.
To support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company.
While performing any procedure, all associates and contract personnel must observe applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines.
The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.
Adhere to appropriate company operating procedures, benefit rules, employment policies and safety policies.
Follows work instructions and is responsible for good quality.
Paints tubes when required.
Wraps tubes and/or sleeves and transports mandrels to the autoclave.
Notifies Group Supervisor of any problems concerning quality or equipment.
Follows all safety rule and procedures.
Maintain good housekeeping in department.
Performs other duties as required.
