About The Position

Maintain the facility by performing preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related systems. Troubleshoot system problems and take appropriate corrective action, respond to emergencies such as fires, power outages, and gas or water leaks, and maintain equipment using standard preventative maintenance procedures. Notify management when major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, or ventilating equipment are needed. Maintain records of equipment maintenance and repairs, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Trade school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and apply technical material, schematics, and blueprints.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of experience in a commercial or industrial setting preferred.
