The Technician Level 2 role involves conducting repairs, service, and preventative maintenance work on generators and other types of equipment, performing these tasks both in the shop and on customer sites. The role requires troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, conducting routine inspections, completing service reports, documenting work, and collaborating with customers to provide technical support and resolve issues. An after-hours on-call schedule is required once fully trained.
