About The Position

This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US. The Technician - Label performs incoming inspection of printed components, reviews labels and inserts for accuracy, and prints and edits bottle, carton, and labels accurately according to SOP. This role also involves completing run folder documentation, performing routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment, and maintaining the security of labels and the label cage. Additionally, the technician will approve label set-up documentation, assist with inventory and reconciliation, pull and issue labels and inserts, and receive and store incoming supplies. Adherence to GMP and safety procedures is required.

Requirements

• Requires completion of a high school diploma OR general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read and understand the English language for the purpose of following instructions.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
• Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Performs incoming inspection of printed components
• Reviews labels and inserts for accuracy
• Prints and edits bottle, carton and labels accurately according to SOP
• Completes run folder documentation accurately according to SOP
• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of printers and other equipment
• Maintains security of labels and label cage
• Approves label set-up documentation according to GMP
• Assists with inventory and reconciliation of labels and inserts in label cage
• Pulls and issues labels and inserts as required
• Receives and stores incoming supplies and maintains label cage inventory
• Follow all GMP and safety procedures
• Performs related duties as assigned
