About The Position
This is a senior technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex telecommunications systems across enterprise environments. This position requires advanced expertise in voice and data communications, network infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Level 3 technicians act as subject matter experts, lead projects, and provide escalation support for critical issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years related work experience
- Hands-on experience with network management and monitoring tools.
- Expertise in architecture design for LAN/WAN and VoIP networks.
- Strong knowledge of IP infrastructure specific to VoIP across on-premises and cloud environments
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior technicians

Responsibilities
- Handle escalations and resolve service interruptions across multiple sites and data centers.
- Collaborate with telecom carriers and vendors to optimize solutions and troubleshoot data circuits.
- Develop and maintain network and telecom infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VoIP, and cloud-based systems.
- Lead VoIP network design teams, capacity planning, and special projects for new technologies.
- Provide 24/7 operational support during builds, upgrades, and critical incidents.
