Technician, HVAC Warranty
About The Position
ProSkill Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join their trusted team. This role is critical in maintaining ProSkill’s reputation for fast, reliable, and high-quality service. The technician will perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms. They will also conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently. Additionally, the technician will complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job, while providing top-notch customer service to represent ProSkill’s trusted reputation.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.)
- Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
- Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset
