About The Position

Looking for a New Port Richey HVAC Warranty Service Technician to join the R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating and Cooling family! We are a family-owned and operated company since 1973, voted a top workplace, and offer an ethical and positive environment. With over 50 years in business and three locations, we are seeking an experienced HVAC warranty service technician who is punctual, motivated, and can work independently. This role involves first startups, new construction warranties, troubleshooting, part replacement, minor punch outs, and occasional final connections for range venting. This position does not require nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Possess all necessary tools required to complete the job.
• Ability to read and write blueprints.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing air conditioners.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Ability to clean up after yourself in a client's home.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and quality on the job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck.
• Valid and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to be insured by company insurance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform first startups.
• Handle new construction warranties.
