About The Position

ProSkill Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join their trusted team. This role requires the technician to be able to go to the Anthem Office on a daily basis. As a Warranty Repair Technician, you’ll be a critical part of maintaining ProSkill’s reputation for fast, reliable, and high-quality service. Requirements

• 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.)
• Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
• Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms.
• Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently.
• Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job.
• Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkill’s trusted reputation.
