Requirements
- Positive, friendly, courteous, and kind attitude with great customer service skills.
- Master knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC issues such as basic low voltage, refrigerant, communicating equipment faults, and airflow.
- A proven history of quality troubleshooting with 15 or more years of experience at an HVAC company.
- 10 yrs+ of experience repairing or replacing residential HVAC systems.
- Clear understanding of duct work, zoning, and communicating systems.
- Ability to evaluate overall system installations and identify any code-related, safety, or comfort issues.
- Experience with a smart device and technical ability.
- Excellent professional & personal references.
- Ability to pass a background, MVR, and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
- Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis. Standing for long periods of time, extensive kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
- Residency within 35 miles of any of our Jonesboro location.

Responsibilities
- Run a residential HVAC service truck to the standards of an established organization.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues such as basic low voltage, refrigerant, communicating equipment faults, and airflow.
- Perform quality troubleshooting.
- Repair issues on the job the same day to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort.
- Coordinate with Install Supervisors, Install crews, and management.
- Coach or train others.
- Attend training and classes.
- Use a smart device for technical tasks and paperless invoicing.
- Lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis.
- Stand for long periods of time, and perform extensive kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
