About The Position

The Technician/Detailer performs basic vehicle maintenance and repairs alongside vehicle washing, vacuuming, and sanitizing. The role inspects vehicles for maintenance needs, damage, and imperfections; documents services; and maintains high-quality standards. It also supports team workflow, trains employees, and helps ensure work is completed on time. The Technician/Detailer maintains tools, supplies, and a clean, safe workspace; communicates professionally with customers and team members; follows safety procedures; and participates in ongoing training.

Requirements

• Basic automotive knowledge and detailing experience are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and minor repairs.
• Wash, vacuum, and sanitize vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs, damage, and imperfections.
• Document services and maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist with team workflow, train employees, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain tools and supplies and keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in ongoing training.
