About The Position

Camping World is hiring a Technician Detailer to clean and prepare recreational vehicles for customer purchase and the showroom floor. This hybrid dealership role combines vehicle detailing with light mechanical work. The position also involves maintaining a clean and safe work area and may include cross-training for other duties, such as driving forklifts. Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience in light mechanical work.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to work around heights and hazards related to electrical and welding equipment, as well as heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.

Nice To Haves

Housekeeping or car detailing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean RVs inside and outside.
Prepare RVs for customer purchase and the showroom floor.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Perform light mechanical work, such as installing batteries, applying putty sticks and silicone, and helping hang awnings.
May cross-train to perform other duties, such as driving forklifts.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the manager.
