About The Position

This role is for a Technician Apprentice who will assist experienced technicians in performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. The apprentice will also perform basic vehicle services under supervision, learn manufacturer-recommended repair procedures and dealership processes, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Participation in training and development programs is expected to foster technical skill growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive trade school or vocational program enrollment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and desire to pursue a career as an automotive technician.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
