Technician Apprentice Program - Body Apprentice
About The Position
Caliber Collision is hiring a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice for its Beverly Hills Service Center. The apprentice performs general duties that may include repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques. The role includes learning training material and hands-on skills under a mentor’s direction, including reading estimates, identifying damage, repairing vehicles, and checking work for quality and accuracy. No prior experience is required. The stated pay is $18–$20 per hour, with potential earnings of $70,000 or more per year after completing the program.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
- Must be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous collision experience.
- Collision Vo-Tech certification.
Responsibilities
