About The Position
ProPharma is seeking a Technical Writer to create multiple training work instructions (OJTs) for a Sterile Compounding Facility. This role involves interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), documenting their processes, and developing clear, concise work instructions. The goal is to accurately reflect the training process within the facility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical writing/SOP writing experience.
- Experience in a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities
- Interview SMEs to gather information on training processes.
- Write up interview notes and process details.
- Develop work instructions for various procedures at the Sterile Compounding Facility.
- Create work instructions for Kitting/Sterilization, including the use of depyro ovens, autoclaves, and parts washers.
- Create work instructions for Weigh/Mix and Fill/Cap processes, including the operation of Watson-Marlow and Flexicon PF7 pumps, PEC and fluid path setup, and crimping.
- Create work instructions for VILP processes, including Millipore Filter Integrity Testing, visual inspection, and labeling using a CVC Labeler.
