FTAI Aviation LLC

About The Position

FTAI Aviation Ltd. (NASDAQ: FTAI) owns and maintains commercial jet engines, focusing on CFM56 and V2500 engines. Through its proprietary products and joint ventures, FTAI provides cost savings and flexibility to its customers. The company also owns and leases jet aircraft, facilitating engine acquisitions. FTAI invests in aviation assets and aerospace products for stable cash flows and growth. FTAI operates globally with offices in New York, Miami, Montréal, Singapore, Dubai, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. FTAI Power is a new, rapidly growing platform within FTAI Aviation. It converts CFM56 jet engines into 25-megawatt aeroderivative gas turbines for data centers and AI hyperscalers. Launched in December 2025, FTAI Power addresses the surge in electricity demand from AI infrastructure by offering a scalable, modular, 25-MW turbine that can be deployed quickly and flexibly, leveraging FTAI's MRO infrastructure. The CFM56 core is remanufactured and adapted with aeroderivative components using a proprietary conversion architecture, resulting in a compact, high-reliability gas turbine.
