About The Position

The Talent Acquisition team at WeVote is seeking a technical writer to supply and refine documentation for their volunteer organization. This role involves being the sole owner and planner of team documentation, including onboarding and process/training materials. The technical writer will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information, write original content, edit existing content, proofread, and maintain documentation repositories. Creating and managing FAQs will also be a future responsibility.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of technical writing experience
  • Deep knowledge of Google Workspace tools
  • Process/workflow documentation experience
  • Project plan management
  • Independent worker
  • Strong communicator
