We are looking for a Technical Writer for our established team; this role can be based in any CSC office or remote. As the Technical Writer, you will work with our team of Technical Software Trainers to write new content and confirm integrity of training materials in the product training repository. You will also create customer communications that deliver content through a wide range of target audiences. The Technical Writer works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create, edit, update, and manage a variety of curriculum documentation and video assets for multiple software products. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of a growing library of training guides, eLearning courses, certification documents, knowledge exams, and training videos. All content must adhere to CSC-approved branding and formatting standards and is reviewed and approved by relevant SMEs prior to publishing. This position requires approximately 10–15 hours of cross-functional communication weekly across US time zones. The ideal candidate has a strong command of professional American English and the interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams, translating casual SME input into polished, brand-consistent content.
