About The Position

As a Technical User Experience Design - Advisor I, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences for Fiserv digital products and solutions. You will partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate user needs into scalable design solutions that improve usability, consistency, and business outcomes. Your work will help shape how users interact with financial services technology across web and mobile experiences.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in user experience design for web, mobile, or enterprise digital products.
  • 3+ years of experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and front-end design constraints.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Agile product development environments.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, and usability testing artifacts that support product delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in user experience design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for digital products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications, user flows, and interaction models.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and support product development.
  • Conduct usability testing, review user feedback, and apply findings to improve product experiences and design decisions.
  • Drive consistency across platforms by applying established design standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior user experience designers and provide guidance on design methods, tools, and review processes.
