As a Technical University Recruiter on the software recruiting team, you will partner with engineering leadership to source, recruit, and close top engineering talent from universities around the world. You will lead engagement with universities to deliver strategic programs to support technical recruiting efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience of technical university recruiting for a high growth company
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of reqs
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate and excel in a fast paced startup environment
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
  • Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role, at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full cycle recruiting for entry level full time hires and interns year round
  • Build relationships with target universities across the U.S. and internationally
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find and engage top engineering talent
  • Create, plan, and execute branding and recruitment events
  • Manage year round intern programs
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership
