About The Position

Provide technical help desk support across the Huntington footprint to both Internal Customers and External Business and Commercial customers, providing advanced technical advice to customers to resolve product or service requests regarding system and technical issues at the company and/or user level. Demonstrates commitment to quality through customer interactions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with Huntington’s core values. Performs advanced customer service activities for a broad range of Treasury Management products and services assisting customers on accessing and navigating the Treasury Management products/services via the Business Online Banking. Coaches customers utilizing on-line file transmissions, including file formatting, data mapping, performs file testing, communicates results, and assist with any issues to ensure successful transmissions. Guides and directs the technical implementation of Treasury Management tools and systems for customers to support the applicable Treasury Management products. Support provided includes, but is not limited to web browser troubleshooting, operating system interaction with Bank applications, and troubleshooting Bank application-specific issues to resolve identified issues and problems. Advise, educate, and engage customers on a variety of technological tools and resources available to them. Facilitates training and technical support on Huntington's products, services, and systems. Evaluates the client needs and independently determines what tools are best suited for the client. Research and respond to customer inquiries. Ensure timely and appropriate solutions for problems or issues. Maintain timely and accurate records within the tracking database for all customer interaction. Responsible for pre and post conversion tasks to ensure a successful conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years Banking experience
