The role of the Hydronic College Training Manager is to strengthen knowledge in the Nordic region, developing and delivering training to enhance the expertise of both internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

• Engineering background
• Outstanding hydronic system knowledge
• At least 3–5 year practical experience in HVAC
• Ability to exchange with customers, engineering and sales colleagues
• Ability to gather & quality-check technical data
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into commercially oriented and hands-on teaching content
• Extended skills in MS PowerPoint, webcasting, eLearning and HVAC calculation software
• Advanced English proficiency suited for technical teaching
• Open for travelling internationally for short missions
• Team player with ability to work autonomously on defined tasks
• Dynamic and flexible with a high sense of responsibility

Nice To Haves

• Background in control systems and BMS
• Active knowledge of any Scandinavian language

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the hydronic and pedagogic expertise of the Hydronic College associates and, through them, of the global sales organisation.
• Develop and deliver internal and external webinars/seminars in coordination with sales to support Climate Control business objectives, and the new product introduction process.
• Maintain and further develop content on IMI Learn and YouTube for training and instruction purposes.
• Build technical tools, spreadsheets, graphs and simulators supporting training activities.
