About The Position

Longroad Energy’s internship program provides opportunities for undergraduate students to explore careers in renewable energy. In 2027, Longroad will offer paid internship positions that create challenging hands-on learning experiences for college juniors, entering their senior year in the Fall. Selected interns will participate in a 10–12-week summer program that includes onboarding, structured work experience, mentoring, and exposure both to department-specific and company-wide personnel and activities. The Technical Training & Learning Development Intern will support Longroad’s Operations training program and Longroad University by helping evaluate, organize, develop, and improve technical and compliance learning resources. Working primarily with the Training Manager, the intern will also collaborate with Operations, Site Operations, ROC, EHS, Regulatory Compliance, Engineering, HR, and subject-matter experts to understand training needs and turn business requirements into practical learning solutions.
