Technical Training Intern
About The Position
Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking intern/co-op candidates to learn and engage in a variety of hands-on projects alongside their Operations team. The company creates medical devices that provide healthcare providers with insights for diagnosing patients, including Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS), Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR), Cardiovascular Imaging contrast delivery (CVi), and CT and MRI contrast delivery systems. Requirements
- Current sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Business, HR, Instructional Design, Communication Studies or related degree.
- Strong interest in the medical device industry.
- Moderate to high level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Biomedical engineering or engineering minor/coursework or other engineering experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop online training products for initial and ongoing training requirements using state-of-the-art training equipment.
- Assist in conducting live technical training for both field and in-house personnel.
- Assist in the development of new training standards and programs.
- Help create training videos and other training materials.
- Assist in developing relevant LMS procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and process documentation in support of technical training.
