  • Strong technical knowledge of Linux, Database experience, MySQL and Microsoft SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver instructor-led technical training to diverse audiences, including system administrators and IT professionals.
  • Hands-on experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring platforms.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course publishing, enrollment management, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with medical software, specifically RIS or PACS
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction or product launch training programs.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies.
  • Background in software system administration (networking, user management, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications).
  • Certification in instructional design, eLearning development, or a relevant technical domain (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, ATD CPTD, GCP or AWS fundamentals).
  • Experience building internal knowledge-sharing programs or communities of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate instructor-led system administration training sessions for external customers, covering installation, configuration, user management, and day-to-day platform operations.
  • Adapt delivery style and content depth to accommodate audiences ranging from novice end users to experienced IT administrators.
  • Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met and continuously improved.
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource during training engagements, fielding technical questions and escalating product issues as appropriate.
  • Design and produce self-paced training courses for electronic delivery using authoring tools.
  • Script, storyboard, record, and edit course content including video walkthroughs, interactive simulations, knowledge checks, and assessments.
  • Publish and maintain courses within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Services Organizational Readiness Team (SORT) to identify training needs for new product releases, feature updates, and platform changes prior to general availability.
  • Develop and deliver timely internal technical enablement sessions to ensure customer-facing technical staff are fully prepared before new releases.
  • Translate complex engineering specifications and product documentation into clear, practical training content for technical audiences.
  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop with SORT and Product Management to keep training content aligned with evolving product direction.
  • Collaborate with Technical Writer to create and maintain standardized training templates including course shells, slide deck frameworks, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and course syllabus templates.
  • Establish and document training development standards, style guides, and quality checklists to ensure consistency across all training materials.
  • Continuously evaluate and refresh templates based on learner feedback, delivery experience, and changes in instructional best practices.
  • Identify, engage, and guide internal subject matter experts in converting deep technical knowledge into structured, learner-ready training content.
  • Conduct working sessions with SMEs to extract, organize, and validate technical content, minimizing the burden on SMEs while maximizing the quality of output.

  • Maintain a repository of SME-sourced knowledge assets and coordinate with team leads to ensure content remains current.
