This role involves coordinating and administering training programs for Manufacturing and Operations employees, maintaining training records, schedules, materials, and documentation in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. The position requires aligning training plans with business needs, regulatory requirements, and employee development objectives, while partnering with managers, trainers, and vendors to coordinate training logistics and delivery. Effectiveness will be monitored through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement activities. The role also includes maintaining skills matrices, competency records, and training materials for production personnel, supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance related to training and competency management, and assisting in developing, reviewing, and implementing procedures, work instructions, and QMS documentation. Additionally, the Technical Trainer will support enhancements and ongoing administration of the learning management system, develop and maintain staffing and workforce scale-up plans, and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability requirements. All required training must be completed and qualifications maintained in accordance with applicable qualification standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, training, or a related environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.

Responsibilities
