About The Position

Tuknik Government Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Technical Team Lead with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance to support the company and its government customer. This is a remote position. The Technical Team Lead is the primary technical and coordination partner to the Program Manager, bridging development execution with program strategy. The role leads a technical team, coordinates delivery across concurrent workstreams, and advises program leadership on technical direction and prioritization. The position involves coordinating development across platforms such as UiPath, Appian, Power Platform, Python, C#, and AWS; tracking active commitments and early-stage ideas; maintaining visibility into branch and version management; and helping ensure smooth transitions among developers, testers, and business analysts. The lead handles initial development issue triage, monitors work for risks, supports Agile delivery, and helps standardize processes and produce technical documentation. The role also collaborates with developers and the Program Manager to validate technical content and advise on use cases and priorities. Applications are accepted through 11/16/26. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in software development or a technical leadership role.
At least 2 years of experience leading or coordinating technical teams in an Agile environment.
Development experience in at least one of the following: UiPath, Appian, Power Platform, Python, C#, or AWS.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams across multiple technology stacks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, including branch and version management.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming or story writing, and daily stand-ups.
Demonstrated ability to triage technical issues and distinguish routine fixes from matters requiring escalation.
Experience developing clear technical documentation and how-to guides for diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across developers, business analysts, testers, and program leadership.
Ability to identify risks early and proactively address them before they affect delivery timelines.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
Experience mentoring junior developers or team members.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a technical team across multiple concurrent development workstreams and platforms, including UiPath, Appian, Power Platform, Python, C#, and AWS.

Drive action items to timely completion and ensure team accountability.
Ensure smooth hand-offs across roles, including developer-to-testing and developer-to-business analyst transitions.
Maintain visibility into branch and version management across active development streams.
Triage development issues, resolving routine items and escalating complex matters to appropriate stakeholders.
Conduct mid-development check-ins to identify risks early and keep workstreams on track.
Develop technical how-to guides and support documentation by gathering insights from developers.
Standardize repeatable team processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate with developers to validate technical content before reviewing final documentation with the Program Manager.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, story writing, and daily stand-ups.
Advise the Program Manager on use cases, technical direction, and prioritization decisions.
