About The Position

The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. You will be comfortable leveraging tools and databases to layer and analyze technical information alongside all-source intelligence to develop leads. Success requires a collaborative mindset, the willingness to share information appropriately, and the ability to leverage broad capabilities to execute mission. You are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills. Requirements

  • Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent
  • 11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation
  • 7+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems
  • Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including completing all required training courses to maintain eligibility to travel
  • Must be able to lift and carry loads in excess of 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space
