About The Position

This position is contingent upon contract award. The Senior Targeting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Joint Targeting cycle with at least 5 years of experience. The role requires a deep understanding of intelligence cycles, collection management, and targeting principles, as well as intelligence support within the MDMP. The analyst will utilize senior-level research and writing skills and possess expert knowledge of GEOINT software and photogrammetric techniques. Experience in overseeing and executing target development standards as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D is essential, along with training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques
• Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP
• Senior level research and writing skills
• Senior knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS
• Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
• Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D
• Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development
• MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience
• BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience
• HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed

Nice To Haves

• GPC-II Imagery Certification
• Experience with commercial visualization software
• Experience with MS Office suite of tools
• Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
• Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school
