About The Position

This position is contingent upon contract award. The Senior Targeting Analyst will support the Joint Targeting cycle with relevant experience in remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, and all-source analysis. The role requires a deep understanding of intelligence cycles, collection management, and targeting methodologies, as well as intelligence support within the MDMP. Strong research and writing skills are essential, along with expertise in GEOINT software and photogrammetric principles. The analyst will be responsible for overseeing and executing target development standards and providing training in target development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle.
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques.
• Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP.
• Senior level research and writing skills.
• Senior knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS.
• Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.
• MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience.
• BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience.
• HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed.

Nice To Haves

• GPC-II Imagery Certification.
• Experience with commercial visualization software.
• Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
• Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums.
• Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school.

Responsibilities

• Support the Joint targeting cycle.
• Provide training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
• Oversee and execute target development standards as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
