Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field
• 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing for technical or engineering-related roles preferred
• Strong internet research and Boolean search skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Curious mindset with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly
• Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with our recruiting team to proactively source and engage technical talent across industrial automation, controls engineering, software development, OT/IT, and related technical disciplines.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry groups, Boolean searches, and non-traditional sourcing methods to find hard-to-reach talent that other companies are missing.
• Develop an understanding of technical skill sets including: PLC Programming, SCADA/HMI Systems, Industrial Automation, OT Infrastructure, Systems Integration.
• Craft thoughtful and personalized outreach messaging that helps candidates understand who Vertech is, what we do, and why our opportunities are worth exploring.
• Work collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition team to support active hiring efforts, build long-term pipelines, and improve sourcing strategies across the company.
• Continuously identify new sourcing methods, tools, and processes that improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate activity, interview stages, and sourcing metrics while helping ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
