Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, or 6+ years without a degree.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Familiarity with U.S. hiring regulations (OFCCP, DOL).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in sourcing for Engineering, IT, Executives, and other technical positions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Use market data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
  • Promote Hitachi Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact onward.
