This role is responsible for building strong technical talent pipelines, identifying exceptional passive candidates, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to accelerate hiring across engineering and business teams. Success in this role requires creativity, urgency, resilience, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs. This contract is up to 12 months with an opportunity to extend as our team and hiring needs continue to grow.
