About The Position

Join CIBC’s Technology Operations team as a Technical Systems Analyst Co-op, where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in application provisioning and system administration. As part of your co-op term, you’ll be trained on key processes and tools, and you’ll be responsible for handling provisioning requests and completing a set of assigned tasks. You’ll have opportunities to implement process improvements, collaborate on presentations, and develop documentation to support team initiatives. Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible.
Eager to learn with a passion for technology and excited to develop new technical skills in a collaborative environment.
Comfortable working with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, and scripting languages, or keen to learn these tools.
Detail-oriented, approaching tasks with care and accuracy, ensuring that all provisioning and documentation is completed to a high standard.
Can clearly explain ideas and contribute to presentations and documentation for a variety of audiences.
Working toward a degree or diploma in computer science or a related field.
Brings their real self to work, and lives CIBC's values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
Legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.

Responsibilities

Complete provisioning requests for various applications and systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Develop and maintain clear documentation and presentation materials to support operational processes and knowledge sharing.
Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals, participate in meetings, and contribute to group discussions.
Gain hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, and scripting languages, with guidance and training provided throughout your term.
