About The Position

We are seeking a highly communicative and customer-focused individual to support our proprietary large-format X-ray machines. While technical knowledge can be trained, strong soft skills are essential for success in this role. This is a hybrid position based out of Quakertown, PA.

Requirements

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to control and guide conversations effectively.
Comfortable managing crucial conversations and maintaining composure under pressure.
Basic technical foundation in Windows environments and database systems (file structures, application support).
Willingness to learn proprietary systems through comprehensive training.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of computer hardware and software (A+ background is great, but any training program or internship is a plus as well)
Ability to troubleshoot and correct a wide array of IT user problems
Ability to receive and utilize training proficiently to implement in the work environment
Working knowledge of Cisco/Avaya phone systems desired but not required

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing conversations professionally and confidently.
Handle critical and challenging customer interactions without becoming flustered.
Provide application support for Windows-based systems, including file structures and database-related tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues during a structured 5-week training program and beyond.
Handle 13-15 calls a day
