About The Position

Our client is hiring a Technical Support Representative to support customers using industry-leading imaging technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to confidently guide customers through challenging situations. You'll receive extensive training on proprietary systems and become a key resource for customers across the country.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service, technical support, help desk, or client-facing experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Basic Windows and computer troubleshooting knowledge
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone-based technical support for specialized imaging systems
  • Troubleshoot Windows applications, file structures, and basic software issues
  • Handle 13–15 customer interactions per day
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve technical concerns
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in high-pressure situations
