About The Position
This role involves moving and implementing large enterprise equipment, including installing and patching Fiber and Copper cabling. Responsibilities also include labeling, organizing, and dressing cabling equipment. Travel within and outside the regional work area is required, necessitating a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license. The job requires the ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds (and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds), and to perform physical activities such as bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing, and walking for up to 8+ hours a day. Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely is also a requirement.
Requirements
- Low voltage Cabling
- Rack and stack
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- Experience in low-voltage cabling, telecom, data centers, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and wearing required PPE.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, ticketing, and inventory systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet operational deadlines.
Responsibilities

- Push, pull, and maneuver server racks, carts, and equipment safely as part of a team
