About The Position

This role involves acting as a technical expert to resolve complex service issues with effective, long-term solutions. The specialist will guide technicians on Miele diagnostic tools, software, and service procedures, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Miele products, technologies, and service processes. The position also supports the launch of new products, partners with Product Support to identify quality trends, and collaborates with Domestic Service to improve training and processes. Additionally, the role assists with parts and accessory identification, ordering, and manages work orders and service documentation with high accuracy. The specialist will respond to internal inquiries professionally and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French & English) – strong communication skills required
  • 5–7 years of experience in residential appliance repair (field experience preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of: Electrical and electronic systems, Refrigeration, Mechanical troubleshooting, Networking basics
  • High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and service tools
  • Experience with Miele products is an asset
