Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Department of Defense SECRET clearance required at time of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical support or systems administration experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required (e.g., Security+ or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with: Windows system administration and troubleshooting.
• Network and IT systems management.
• Failure and root cause analysis reporting.
• SQL Server, Oracle CRM, and Microsoft Terminal Server.
• Active Directory, network monitoring tools, asset management software, HBSS, and Anti-Virus tools.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CA Spectrum One Click is preferred.
• Experience supporting DoD or DHS systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for engineers, technicians, and product teams diagnosing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, software, and networked/wireless equipment.
• Respond to escalated support issues unresolved by first-line product support, ensuring comprehensive diagnostics and resolution.
• Identify and report design, reliability, or maintenance issues to engineering teams (hardware/software).
• Support customer installations and product training, particularly for complex systems requiring technical user understanding.
• Manage technical service delivery for customer programs and maintain compliance with repair procedures, company policies, and customer quality requirements.
• Interface directly with DoD/DHS end-users for high-sophistication product support, especially systems-level software environments.
