Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Active Secret Clearance (required)
  • 5+ years of FPGA or digital design experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • FPGA development using Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC or similar platforms
  • FPGA toolchains such as Vivado (or equivalent)
  • Hardware description languages: VHDL (or equivalent HDL)
  • Experience integrating FPGA designs with embedded processors
  • Design experience supporting production hardware environments
  • Ability to support on-site collaboration and production activities as required

Nice To Haves

  • Delivering cutting-edge FPGA designs in secure or mission-critical environments
  • Timing closure on complex, multi-clock FPGA architectures
  • Experience supporting secure, cost-constrained products
  • Background in aerospace, defense, or government-regulated programs

Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and verify advanced FPGA designs, achieving design closure across area, power, and timing constraints
  • Integrate and close timing on designs incorporating: Custom-developed logic Commercial and custom IP Embedded hard and soft processors
  • Support HW/SW integration, debug, and validation of FPGA designs
  • Collaborate with systems, hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to define and refine FPGA requirements
  • Design and support low- to high-volume production hardware
  • Contribute to secure product development across the full lifecycle, including release and sustainment
