About The Position

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. Responsibilities: Perform moderately complex production assembly operations ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive tasks. Assemble and integrate electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, including: Modules, circuit boards, panels, drawers, frames, and enclosures Build and integrate hardware for prototypes and large-scale systems. Fabricate and assemble RF, multi-function cables, and wire harnesses. Perform soldering of ribbons and stripline to meet RF performance requirements. Conduct fabrication, inspection, and marking operations per engineering and production specifications. Load, configure, and verify customer and standard software on customer devices. Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistical methods to manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
  • Fiber optic splicing and assembly
  • Advanced electronic and mechanical fabrication
  • RF cable, harness, and stripline/ribbon soldering
  • Software loading and configuration on production hardware
  • Inspection and marking processes
  • Statistics and SPC applications
  • On-site work in a research, production, or pre-production environment
  • Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree or manufacturing-related certification (preferred)
