Responsibilities: Perform electronic and mechanical assembly on modules, circuit boards, panels, drawers, frames, cables, and subassemblies Build and integrate prototype hardware and complex system assemblies Fabricate RF cables, multi-function harnesses, and stripline/ribbon assemblies requiring RF performance precision Execute soldering operations to meet high-reliability and RF standards Conduct fabrication, marking, and inspection activities in production and pre-production environments Load and configure customer and standard software onto hardware devices Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistical methods to maintain production quality standards Follow technical documentation, work instructions, and quality procedures in a classified manufacturing setting

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
  • Minimum 6 years of manufacturing or production assembly experience in electronic/mechanical assembly
  • Experience with RF cable and harness fabrication
  • Proficiency in advanced soldering techniques (including ribbon/stripline for RF applications)
  • Experience loading/configuring software on customer devices
  • Working knowledge of Statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and configuration tasks
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Canonsburg, PA

Responsibilities
