About The Position

Action Target builds firearms training facilities for law enforcement, military, and commercial range owners around the world, and we need people to help keep them running in top shape. This role helps range owners troubleshoot any issues that may be happening to their range.

Requirements

  • Strong overall technical and mechanical experience.
  • Broad electronics knowledge including computers and other electronic components.
  • Solid experience with networking hardware, software, protocols, and troubleshooting.
  • Very strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Very strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strategic planning, foresight, and superior time management.
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Friendly personality, excellent phone skills, and personal discipline.
  • At least one year of relevant previous experience in a technical support customer service position.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 with rotating weekend and evening on-call hours via telephone.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time in an office setting.
  • Occasional travel to ranges required

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound phone calls from customers needing technical assistance.
  • Troubleshooting problems, discovering solutions, and delivering positive results.
  • Managing service tickets and responding in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with our Field Service Technician team who will be performing the repairs.
  • Keeping careful records and thoroughly documenting your efforts.
  • Creating raving fans through superior service and communication.
