About The Position
Del Medical is a leading manufacturer of advanced medical imaging systems dedicated to improving patient care through innovative X-ray technology. We are seeking an ambitious Technical Support Specialist / X-Ray Installation Engineer to join our growing Technical Service team. This role is designed as a career development opportunity for a technically driven individual who enjoys troubleshooting, working with technology, and building hands-on engineering skills. The successful candidate will begin by developing expertise in Del Medical’s digital radiography and X-ray systems through technical support, training, and equipment preparation. As skills and knowledge grow, this individual will transition into installation, commissioning, and field service support of medical imaging equipment throughout North America. Requirements
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with digital/analog electronics and electrical testing equipment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Physics, Biomechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities
- Learn and troubleshoot Del Medical X-ray and digital imaging systems.
- Provide technical support to customers, distributors, dealers, and Field Service Engineers.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, software, and system-related issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Document troubleshooting activities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve products.
- Progress into installing, configuring, and commissioning X-ray systems at healthcare facilities.
- Perform mechanical assembly, electrical connections, system testing, and calibration.
- Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Travel throughout North America alongside experienced engineers.
