As a Technical Support Representative, you will handle incoming calls from Internet, Digital Phone, and Cable TV subscribers, addressing and resolving their technical concerns. This involves guiding them through troubleshooting steps via phone or coordinating technician dispatches. The ideal candidate is eager for growth, committed to learning, and fosters a positive, respectful team environment. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts available Monday-Sunday between 7 am and 11:00 pm.
