Responsibilities

  • Engage with and guide clients in a prompt, positive and compassionate manner
  • Use provided training and Help Portal to continuously grow in knowledge and experience, becoming a Subject Matter Specialist able to coach fellow team members and clients alike
  • Draw on team and/or supervisor’s knowledge as necessary on challenging cases
  • Maintain detailed information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Be familiar with and able to offer peripherals and services that will benefit the client
