We’re looking for a full-time Technical Support Representative who’s equal parts curious, capable, and kind. You’ll partner with our customers (many of whom are technical pros themselves) to troubleshoot issues, clarify complex processes, and make sure they walk away thinking, “Wow, that was easy.” Think of yourself as the Samwise Gamgee of support: you may not carry the ring, but you make sure the heroes of the story get to Mordor safely.
