About The Position

This role will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and solving complex technical issues. This will be done through email, as well as answering phone calls from the queue. The representative will be responsible for documenting their findings in salesforce cases.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (verbal and Written)
  • Ability to write effectively responses to customer needs
  • Time Management
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to learn the application and apply those learnings to solving customer issues

Responsibilities

  • Solving application issues for customers
  • Making changes to the application based on customer needs
  • Documenting what you did and how you solved the issue
  • Respond to customer inquiries within established KPI's
