As a Technical Support Officer, you'll be the friendly face, and trusted expert people turn to when they need help navigating technology challenges. You'll provide technical support across a range of systems, devices and applications, helping people get back to work quickly and confidently. From troubleshooting incidents and resolving system issues to supporting bespoke software, business-critical hardware and digital workplace tools, you'll help keep our people connected and productive. No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with colleagues and customers to solve problems, improve experiences and support reliable digital services.

Experienced in the support of multiple Business Applications for example Office 365, and MS Teams.
Experience supporting ICT hardware including laptops, desktops, monitors, cabling and mobile devices.
LAN/WAN/Cloud support experience.
Video conference and meeting room support experience.
Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems support.
Knowledge of ITIL Methodologies.
Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid Australian working Visa for the duration of the appointment.

Responsibilities
