As a Technical Support Officer, you'll be the friendly face, and trusted expert people turn to when they need help navigating technology challenges. You'll provide technical support across a range of systems, devices and applications, helping people get back to work quickly and confidently. From troubleshooting incidents and resolving system issues to supporting bespoke software, business-critical hardware and digital workplace tools, you'll help keep our people connected and productive. No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with colleagues and customers to solve problems, improve experiences and support reliable digital services.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to explain technical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Experience investigating and resolving technology issues across devices, systems or applications
  • The ability to balance multiple requests while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge and support others
  • Curiosity and a desire to keep learning as technology and business needs evolve
  • A proactive mindset that focuses on solving problems and improving outcomes.
  • Experienced in the support of multiple Business Applications for example Office 365, and MS Teams
  • Experience supporting ICT hardware including laptops, desktops, monitors, cabling and mobile devices
  • LAN/WAN/Cloud support experience
  • Video conference and meeting room support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems support
  • Knowledge of ITIL Methodologies
