About The Position

NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced TSM Administrator to manage deficiency tracking systems supporting construction and trials, ensuring accurate tracking of trial cards, corrective actions, and system deficiencies from creation through closure. This role requires supporting dock trials, builder’s trials, and INSURV, and maintaining a deployable network of up to 20 systems for trial execution. The position is on-site in Mobile, AL, involving work in a shipyard and onboard vessels, and requires a U.S. Citizen with a Secret clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years experience
• Security+ Certification (REQUIRED)
• Experience with TSM system and ETC tool
• Knowledge of ship construction deficiency tracking processes
• U.S. Citizen with Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting INSURV or naval ship trials
• Knowledge of ATO requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage TSM and ETC systems for tracking deficiencies
• Support surveillance, inspections, and corrective action tracking
• Support dock trials, builder’s trials, and INSURV
• Maintain deployable network (up to 20 systems) for trial execution
• Generate trial card reports and metrics
• Maintain ship-specific deficiency databases
• Support screening, validation, and closure of deficiency records
